The Pope
They are now feeding the Pope through a nasal gastric tube. This is getting to be one pretty close race!
Just when you think the King of Monaco is rounding the bend, he makes a come back. The Pope takes a step forward and then two steps back. And all the while Terri Schiavo just lies there sort of half-blinking. Will slow but steady win the race? Only time will tell.

Terri Schiavo Part II: Appeal and Retractions
The United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit has granted Schiavo's parents the right of an appeal. I stand corrected.
Any takers on my bet? Right now, I'm saying King of Monaco. Then Schiavo. Then Pope.

Terri Schiavo
I wanted to bet some people about who would die first: Terri Schiavo, the Pope, or the King of Monaco. Then I thought better of it. Not because it was wrong to bet on, but because it would obviously be Terri Schiavo.
